This late 19th-centery cemetery contains the remains of early settlers/pioneers/workers in Bothell, including those from the logging and timber industry. George R. Wilson, one of Bothell's early settlers (arriving in 1870) is buried in this cemetery; his grave is marked by a large stone obelisk.
The 5.3 acre Bothell Pioneer Cemetery located east of 108 Avenue NE is the resting place of several of Bothell's founders, several of whom were Civil War veterans. The site has been placed on the National, State and Local Register of Historic Places.
