The Kendall Cemetery Association was formed and voted to incorporate on 9/22/1908 with Matt Birdwell as first chairman and J. Broyles as first elected president. On November 5 1908 Matt Birdwell and J. A. McMichael deeded about 1 acre of land to the cemetery association
