Miller Post 1900 has Frank Lewis 18th KY Inf. Co. K he served under Frank Louis 1862 I cannot find him in Local census for sure except 1890 Vet Sched in Pacific Co. and 1889 Seattle King Co. But is correct Vet. Did not go to Orting or Resil OSH.
