OBITUARY
M'DONALD--Sidney Smith McDonald, aged 89 years a resident of Tacoma, Wash., passed away at an early hour Tuesday evening, January 2, at the home of his son, W. S. McDonald, 1252 Grant street. Mr. McDonald had been a resident of Tacoma for the past twelve years and came to this city three weeks ago to visit his son. He leaves to survive him his aged widow, Mrs. Fanny McDonald, of Tacoma; two sons, A. W. McDonald, of Wenatchee, and W. S. McDonald, of this city; two daughters, Mrs. W. W. Vosburg and Mrs. Herbert Curtis, of Tacoma. Funeral services will be held at Tacoma under the auspices of the Veterans of the Confederacy. The body is being cared for at the parlors of Arthur C. Harlow awaiting word from the son at Wenatchee, when it will be sent to Tacoma, accompanied by W. S. McDonald.
