Mr Herman Culver, one of the early pioneers of Clallam County passed away at his home at 109 E. Front Street, at an early hour this morning.
Mr. Culver came to Angeles in 1887 from South Bend, Indiana, and was a member of the first colony and was its third president. He has been an invalid for over a year and was about 80 years of age.
